The Headboard Dilemma

I have made a few upholstered headboards in the past few years and choosing the perfect fabric is a hard task. Do I want a neutral color? Do I want a bright color? Do I want my fabric to have a pattern? No pattern? A neutral color headboard without a pattern is classic and will match anything and everything.
